To reserve a room, create an event in Outlook. For event location, type in "Greensboro" and the conference names will appear.
Note: For larger parties, the second level can be utilized to host up to 200 guests
Collaboration Technology
- ThinkHub Collaboration Software is available to help teams work and collaborate through robust content sharing, interactive canvases, video conferencing, and more. You'll find this screen in the Hyde conference room at the front of the building.
- Story is our large-scale interactive screen located in the lobby area. This resource can be customized and branded to educate and entertain customers.
Before You Visit
What to Wear
If you plan to visit our labs, please wear close-toed shoes. All other required personal protective equipment will be provided.
Safety Requirements
Please leave time to review our safety instructional video and sign a waiver. This is a requirement for all visitors.
Upon Arrival
Find the kiosk located in the vestibule inside the front door.- Enter your name
- Take your photo
- Select who you are here to see
- A text will be sent to the person on-site and they will get you
Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas
There are two smoking areas on the premises. One outside the back door vestibule (near the Applications Lab) and one near the employee entrance. Please note smoking inside is prohibited.

Greensboro is bursting with attractions such as the ACC Hall of Champions, the Greensboro Science Center, the Greensboro History Museum and the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. Downtown Greensboro is home to several art galleries, antique shops, lounges, bars and breweries. For outdoor recreation, trails are available for hiking, biking and walking. Golf is a favorite activity in Greensboro, and Sedgefield Country Club hosts the Wyndham Championship in August.
